Discuss the following questions with your architect:

    1. Who makes what decisions?
    2. What information do the decision makers require?
    3. How much time should be allowed for review of submissions?
    4. How are conflicts resolved?
It is important that decisions are made promptly to minimize impact on schedule and budget. Setting a clear method for decision-making early in the relationship with your architect will help keep your project on course.
